1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FirmView financial intelligence platform at firmview.cc (the "Service") operated by FirmView ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Beta Access

The Service is currently in a limited beta period. Access is by invitation only via an invite token. During the beta period:

• The Service is provided free of charge.
• Features, availability, and functionality may change without notice.
• We may limit, suspend, or discontinue the beta program at any time.

3. The Service

FirmView analyzes financial data from QuickBooks to generate insights, metrics, and reports covering your income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. You can provide data by:

• Uploading QuickBooks export files directly, or
• Connecting your QuickBooks Online account to grant FirmView read-only API access.

Reports are generated using a deterministic analysis engine. FirmView does not use artificial intelligence or large language models to produce financial figures, metrics, or insight determinations.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all financial data you provide to FirmView, whether uploaded as files or accessed via the QuickBooks Online API.

• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than generating your reports.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. QuickBooks Online Connection

If you choose to connect your QuickBooks Online account:

• You authorize FirmView to access your financial reports in read-only mode through the Intuit QuickBooks API.
• FirmView will not modify, create, or delete any data in your QuickBooks account.
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting from the FirmView dashboard or from your Intuit account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your invite token with unauthorized parties.
• Upload data that you do not have the right to share with a third-party service.
• Attempt to access another company's data or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Reports and Analysis

FirmView reports are generated from the financial data you provide. While we strive for accuracy:

• Reports are informational tools, not professional financial advice. They do not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.
• The accuracy of reports depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide.
• You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions based on FirmView reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirmView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
